Bud Smith, Camp Director

Bud Smith is a 1981 graduate of the Arlington Baptist College in Arlington Texas. He has been in full time service since 1976. He has served in several areas of ministry including Youth Pastor and Pastor. He has served at Bethel Youth Camp since 1991.

Tammy Smith, Camp Secretary

Tammy Smith attended Arlington Baptist College. She has been married to Bud since 1979. They have raised two daughters, Amanda and Karen. She has assisted Bud in all areas of ministry. Her main roles at Bethel are Housekeeping and records keeping. She is an excellent lawn mower and tractor operator.

Duane Shultz, Maintenance

Duane Schultz has been a faithful helper at Bethel since 2000. He spent a year at Hyles Anderson College. He has been married to Sharon since 1960. He is an indispensable part of our team. His main duties are maintenance and groundskeeping.
